Well although hearing nothing about it being done it apparently has already been done, and the 1st one was pritty spectacular, with a semi kind of cell shaded effect and major ammounts of HDR and green screening cut into with some CGI and impressive visuals. The acting, fighting and well everything looks the part, maybe this is a viral marketting campaign for a film? I personally hope so but doubt it.
